Well, one thing is for sure, they aren't going to like it while you are playin in their woods. They are going to go where there isn't so much noise and disturbance. How soon they return will depend on whether they have found a better place to hang out. If you have a place that really appeals to them, they may start to return shortly after you knock off the paint ball stuff. If they find a better place, it might take months before they fully return.Would playing paintball affect the deer?
the deer may go nocturnal more than usual and you may see a reducement in the amount of deer you see or not
Not at all. Just dont play during season. That might not evendo anything.
no not at all I target shoot year round in the same area i hunt in a never have a problem getting deer some season and the nieghbot kids play in the same woods year round.
I play where I hunt and we play on into summer and the hunting is still good during fall and winter.
no i would think so. i target shoot in the same woods i hunt in. it doesn't make a diffrence at all.
I know for a fact that people hunt in the same woods we play paintball in. Ive also seen deer many times actually on our course. I don't think it will effect the hunting at all. If any thing it will make the deer more used to people and the hunting easier.
It really depends on the amount of activity in a given area. High traffic can easily have an effect on Deer and their eating as well as movement cycles. I wouldn't worry to much about scaring them away permanently, the chances of that happening are very slim. They will come back and frequent the area again as soon as the activity or noise stops or drops off. I would suggest you not do Paintball during Deer season anyway That will definitely have a negative effect on Deer traffic in the area.Good Luck
