What kind of food can i make and freeze using hamburger/deer meat?

My son unpluged my big freezer so I had to fry up all the deer burger, so I want to know what kind of food can I make with it and freeze. What kind of food can i make and freeze using hamburger/deer meat?
Deer Meat is especially fabulous when you make Deer Meat Chili! Use your deer meat using your own Chili recipe! (or mine below)

My recipe is ~Oh Chili Ohh!!!~

Ingredients:

5 lbs. coarsely ground deer meat

1 c. olive oil (divided use)

4 large onions, diced

1 large green bell pepper, diced

1 7-oz. can diced green chilies

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 c. water

8 ounces beer

2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce

1 6-oz. can tomato paste

5 T. chili powder

3 T. ground cumin

1 t. ground coriander

Dash of Tabasco sauce

2 T. honey

2 14%26amp;1/2-oz. cans stewed tomatoes

1 T. beef bouillon

1/4 t. white pepper

3 t. salt

1 t. black pepper

1 pkg. masa harina, included in packet in Chili kit below

1 pkg. Wick Fowler's 2-Alarm Chili Kit

Directions:

1. Using a large pot, heat 1/2 c. olive oil.

2. Add the onions, green pepper, green chilies, garlic and saute until soft.

3. Remove from pot and set aside.

4. Heat remaining oil, and add the meat; brown thoroughly. Drain.

5. Add vegetables to the meat.

6. Add water, stewed tomatoes, 4 ounces of beer, honey, tomato paste, Tabasco sauce and tomato sauce.

7. Combine Wick Fowler Chili kit (reserve masa harina) with chili powder, cumin, coriander, beef bouillon, white and black pepper and salt.

8. Combine all the above and bring to a boil; lower to simmer for 30 minutes.

9. Add the total package of masa harina with remaining 4 ounces of beer. Stir into chili.

10. Keep heat on low a you allow chili to simmer for several hours; stirring often.

NOTES: Makes 1 gallon 3 cups of Chili. You can delete the cumin if you do not like cumin, but I think that is crazy. Add more onions or green peppers if you like. I use a different name brand tomato sauce, tomato paste and stewed tomatoes - never the same brand name regarding the 3. I also mix the extra spices in the recipe with the Wick Fowler's spices before I add them. Please do not let the Wick Fowler's 2-Alarm Chili kit question this recipe. It containns more spices and different ones like the masa harina. Be sure to serve on the side with crackers, fritos, onions, your favorite hot sauce/picante sauce, jalapenos and grated Cheddar cheese for those who like to make their Chili hotter or spicier! 99.9% of we Texans DO NOT put beans in our Chili. It is considered a sin! LOL

Be sure to have grated cheese, Frito's, sliced jalapenos, crackers and extra chopped onion so everybody can add what they like to top off their bowls. Make some cornbread and a light salad to go with it!

Oooops....

It's a little less versatile now that it's already cooked, but there are still some practical applications for the cooked version of venison burger.

Spaghetti sauce freezes well, and can also be used in other dishes such as soups or on omelettes. Whip up a couple of simple casseroles such as chili or lasagne, and bag up some au naturel for tacos, nachos, or sloppy joes. (Use a freezer bag and remove as much air as possible to inhibit freezer burn)
If you already cooked it just put the cooked meat in small freezer bags and now freeze that. You can always take out a pack and use it whenever you need to make stew, chili, or what I call Hamburger gravy. It will save you from preparing all that food now.
The easiest thing to make would be to cook up a big batch of spaghetti sauce of sloppy joe, and bag it up and freeze. Then , just defrost and heat up, and put on pasta or buns! And poof! An easy dinner!
1. grind it up

2. make soup, sloppy joes, stir fry, meatloaf, mix it with mayonaise for sandwhiches, fry w/mushroom soup...
lasagna
