YES.*
I'll try to answer this as best I can: Whitetails will move with a small amount of wind (0-10 mph). Gusty wind keeps deer moving way from exposed areas. Deer rely on thier nose to detect danger, so areas where wind will affect smell the most (tops of hills, ridges, fields, etc) are places deer will avoid. Expect deer to stay deep in valleys or holed up in clearcut areas with lots of cover. During gun seasons though, anything can happen because hunters are pushing deer out of thier comfort zones and way from danger--usually only to walk into more danger. Even so, deer will try to seek as much cover as possible. Good luck hunting, and your English.
No they will not.

i dont care who tells u different. I know for a fact they dont.

when it is windy out they get nervous.

they mainly bed down.
Not if they be breaking wind.
C'mon, guys. Not everybody is a native English-speaker.

Deer, like most herbivores, get a bit nervous when the wind interferes with their normal ability to smell and hear predators. They'll move less and be more wary when they do.
A whitetail will move around in the wind. You will have to hope though that they are up-wind from you. You will have to take relatively close shots. The wind will deviate your bullet and you may have quite a bit of trouble unless you are an excellent marksman.
WOW....please learn to speak english. Or at least add more to the questions you are producing!
