I don't know how else to describe the stock but rainbow wood... Like one often sees on pocket knives. It is stock and appears to be a variety of different types of wood laminated together. the 1300 is a great gun w/ or without the laminate stock.the worth would depend on who wants that type of stock. laminate stocks on guns generally cost more than traditional stocks but it doesnt change the gun itself.the worth ? your guess is as good as mine.
