Should I mount a big Deer head in my house?

I think it would be good to hunt a deer and mount it.Should I mount a big Deer head in my house?
Its a great idea!,and it doesn't have to be a trophy deer either!I mount all the animals I hunt cos its a way of keeping the memory alive of the the hunt itself and more importantly of the animal you hunted!Just dont hunt the deer only for the mount cos huntings about alot more than that!, and if you do go hunting and get the mount.....hang the mount in a place its gonna be safe cos wives and girlfriends tend to get very unreasonable around these things you might just come home one day only to find a family portrait in its place!Should I mount a big Deer head in my house?

Your wife will never let you. Maybe it can go up in your camp? Or if you rub her feet she might let you put it up on your garage or in the den.
You would be better off mounting your wife or girlfriend, not a deer head.

good idea as long as thats not the only reason your hunting. hunting is about so much more. don't ever kill for sport, if your not gonna eat what you kill, then don't hunt. be proud, be ethical, be safe.

No, because some people may think it's weird. However if you want to show your pride in hunting than I say go for it.

There should only be one kind of answer. YES. Dont waste your money on a 6 poin or smaller, i wouldnt hang anything under an 8 pointer unless the spread and beams were huge.

yes get a mount as long as it is a good size buck and hang it in a good shaded wall and a place where you and your hunting freinds will appreciate looking at it this means it needs to be big and not the center of attraction in your house because of non hunting friends and family that might not understand why you killed it and dont kill one just for mounting kill one and use the meat

no, big deer heads are kinda scary when they stare at you from the wall lol. I can eat animals when i cant tell what they are. But a big dead animal staring at me no. ew.

I think it would be good if you left the innocent little deer alone, and let them live. What if they killed you just to nail you to some tree by where they live? Yeah, that would look kind of gross.
