Eat the deer.

You might try putting an electric wire around the area. Please use the proper fence charging system. How to keep deer from eating your flowers?
Plant flowers that are deer resistant or fence in your yard. I have a really nice front garden with cone flowers, black eyed susans, Bee Balm, lemon balm, st. Johns wort and Yarrow. Deer hate them.
I found this website. Hope it helps
go to a hair salon and ask for the days sweepings, all the human hair, scatter it around and the deer will not come near, most hair salons would be happy to help
i've been noticing a lot of thumbs down for very good and thorough suggestion in the g%26amp;a section the last two days--answers i know for a fact are right. i suspect we have a troll (or two) in our midst. beware.
a fence
install a cattle grid in your driveway
try some cheap brand of fabric softener dryer sheets ( white if possible, deer are naturally cautious of white ) . . get a few wire clothes hangers and straighten as much as possible . . . using bread wrapper wire ties (or what ever you may have handy ) attach 1 sheet per wire stake ( hook end up ) and place stakes around your garden . . replace dryer sheets as needed.

Why
Go to a sporting goods store and see if they have wolf urine or some other type of predator urine. If not, try the website I listed.
A fence, human hair, hot pepper %26amp; garlic sprays, hanging soap around your plants. They also stay away from sprays of certain animals .

Hang a bar of soap wrapped in cheesecloth, on stakes. (Uncovered, this could attract rodents who will can chew on the soap). Rain and humidity keeps the soap fragrant. Use one about every ten feet or near special plants. The tallow(animal fatty acids) smell repells deer, but if it smells like coconut...it may attract them.

'; Studies have also found deer can feed to within three feet of soap in the garden.';

Spread your hair clippings around tomatoes

It needs to be replaced every 2 weeks.

~ Mix one whole egg with a quarter cup of water and mix well. Pour the mixture into a pump bottle and spray it on your plants. This deterrent will withstand light rains because the egg sticks to the leaves.

~ Mix one tablespoon of liquid Ivory soap with one ounce of hot sauce in one litre of water and spray directly on plants which deer have been nibbling.

Interplant deer-repelling plants throughout the garden such as artemisia, tansy, yarrow, mint, thyme, tarragon, oregano, dill, garlic and chives. Or maybe you could make a spray of some of these plants. Some deer-repellents include mint oils, often combined with pepper and garlic, cloves and cinnamon, or citrus.

Good luck! Hope this helps.
