How to calculate speed of vehicle who struck a 100lb deer that was thrown 120 ft. ?

there were not skid marks, the vehicle did not attempt to stop and or did not see the animal until it crossed paths. Would someone help me create an equation that would determine the vehicle speed? How to calculate speed of vehicle who struck a 100lb deer that was thrown 120 ft. ?
you need tha weight of the vehicle to calculate the amount of energy, but unless the car stopped with the deer then you cant really determine the vehicles speed. if it was a billiard ball type collision then you have an energy transfer, but if the car kept going you are unable to find its speed...How to calculate speed of vehicle who struck a 100lb deer that was thrown 120 ft. ?
You'd have to know the weight of the vehicule and the initial trajectory of the deer when it was hit.
