Yogi...........!
tough, stringy and greasy. It's just bear meat and I wouldn't kill a bear to get any.
Eww, yucky
And let's not forget about Boo-Boo, too. Great answer, Jake!
Is it called teddy meat ?
I loved Jake's answer...and I wished I knew the right one!
Bear meat is just called bear meat, no technical terms. It is a tough stringy meat, best used ground with another red meat or stewed....makes good chili.
It's just called bear meat. It doesn't have an alternate name, and I don't know why. I kinda feel bad for the bears.
We should start a name the bear meat movement!
Any suggestions?
Then again, Chicken is Chicken.
SMOKIE
Lamb is not mutton. Sheep is mutton. Lamb is baby sheep.
Bear meat is called bear meat.
